SHW Vineyards Pty Ltd are bound by the NSW Fair Trading obligations for product exchange and refund. SHW Vineyards Pty Ltd are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.

But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:

• has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
• is unsafe
• is significantly different from the sample or description
• doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.

Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.

If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement. Please note that only an unused whip may be returned or exchanged.

Please keep your proof of purchase, eg. your receipt.

Orders & Delivery

All orders placed through this website are subject to confirmation and acceptance by SHW Vineyards Pty Ltd. SHW Vineyards Pty Ltd may vary prices in the event of price changes or mistakes made by suppliers on reasonable prior notice to you. If SHW Vineyards Pty Ltd requests payment for increased prices, you may cancel the order by giving notice to SHW Vineyards Pty Ltd, which must be received within seven days of the announcement of the increase.

SHW Vineyards Pty Ltd or its agent will deliver the goods you order to the address you specify in your order, within the agreed time frame, subject to their availability. Where the goods are not available you will be notified of this by SHW Vineyards Pty Ltd as soon as possible. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods will be presumed by SHW Vineyards Pty Ltd to be authorised to receive the goods. If your goods include products in respect of which the law prescribes a minimum age for purchase, you must be over the age of 18 years (or such other minimum age as is prescribed by the law), and you must ensure that a person over that age is available to accept delivery of the goods. SHW Vineyards Pty Ltd may refuse to deliver the goods if the person receiving the goods is unable or unwilling to provide evidence of proof of age. If there is no-one at the delivery address or no-one of appropriate age to receive and pay for the order, SHW Vineyards Pty Ltd may charge you additional delivery fees. Once the goods are delivered to you, you will own them and it is your responsibility if they are lost or damaged. SHW Vineyards Pty Ltd reserves the right to restrict sales to retail quantities when supplying resellers and distributors.

Prices & Payment

For each online order, you must pay:

1. the applicable price for the relevant goods confirmed by SHW Vineyards Pty Ltd; and
2. the delivery and handling fee specified on the website at that time.

Your order details are safe and secure. At this stage we can only accept payments using the methods stated on the website, that being PayPal. We are unable to accept COD charges. Payment must be cleared before the goods are dispatched.

All our products are sent to you in good condition and packaged correctly, we cannot guarantee the condition of the product on arrival. SHW Vineyards Pty Ltd aims to include up-to-date images of all of the goods on this website, however our picture of the goods may differ from the actual goods. We recommend you read the labels on the goods carefully before using the goods.

You agree to take responsibility for the safekeeping of your user name and password. You are liable if your user name or password is used by an unauthorised person. You agree to release and indemnify SHW Vineyards Pty Ltd in connection with any use (whether authorised or unauthorised) of your user name or password. SHW Vineyards Pty Ltd may suspend or cancel your account at any time without prior notice.

We do not store any credit card details on our server. Online payments are made via PayPal. We utilise our own dedicated security certificate from with the latest 128-bit SSL encryption technology to secure customer information supplied when registering a profile.

SHW Vineyards Pty Ltd will not reveal your personal information to external organisations except for the purposes of fulfilling your order. We do not provide third parties with access to your personal data.
