This wine is a fine example of a cool climate red. It has plenty of aromas such as blackcurrant, alpine mint, plums, cassis, mocha, and hints of cigar box. It also releases rich truffles, game and earthy notes showing the best of our “terroir”. The palate is full bodied, round and finishing with firm and gentle tannins. Patiently, this Cabernet Sauvignon has evolved for 18 months in French and American oak.
Great with Beef, BBQ or steak with mushrooms.
